Roadmap to postural ease

In this course, you will learn how posture can feel easy, open and unstrained, even during moments of peak expressive and technical demand! These exercises are derived from G.O. Van de Klashorst's 'Urgestalt' exercises for posture.

The goal of these exercises:
- Reduce/eliminate unnecessary, chronic muscle tensions 
- Relearn the use of natural mechanisms for supporting and activating your body's upright posture
- Familiarize you with 'Touch-Led Motion'TM
